SCOPE OF WORK:
Customer Care Representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about the services provided and book calls. They use communication scripts during inbound and outbound calls to sell services or products to customers while using their knowledge of company policies and practices to answer questions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
